HEART CHAKRA

HEART CHAKRA (4th chakra) Color : green or pink

Sanskrit : Anahata

WHAT IS THE HEART CHAKRA?

In the center of the chest, at the height of the heart, is the heart chakra. It is the fourth of the 7 primary chakras. He embodies LOVE in all its forms. It is the chakra that allows you to reach a state of WELL-BEING, inner peace, HARMONY on a daily basis. The Heart chakra is also a vector of PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and abundance.

SIGNS OF A BALANCED HEART CHAKRA

On a spiritual level

When the Heart Chakra is fully open and balanced, it allows one to experience sincere, deep, compassionate love for all living beings.

Energetically speaking, the Heart chakra is particularly important since it oversees, in a way, the opening of the other chakras. In addition, it is he who makes the link between the lower chakras (material and physical level) and the upper chakras (emotional and spiritual level). It is the chakra that has the most impact on our emotional and spiritual well-being.

On an emotional level

When balanced, the heart chakra carries the noblest feelings: LOVE, COMPASSION, ALTRUISM, GENEROSITY and FORGIVENESS. In relationships, it is this chakra that allows us to create a deep and sincere connection with people.

More importantly, an open heart chakra means an ability to love, to be loved, and to love yourself. When open and balanced, the Heart Chakra promotes healing of the deepest emotional wounds.

A blockage in this chakra can easily lead to major emotional imbalances, so it is essential to ensure that it is open and well balanced.

UNBALANCED HEART CHAKRA

A person who does not express their emotions (voluntarily or not) could end up having repercussions on their health. That's why it's important for you to be aware of it. To deny your emotions is to deny your deep SELF. Little by little, it is your desires that you put aside, replacing them with those of others.

If you often feel FEAR (real or not), especially fear of losing a loved one and fear of not being enough, this is another sign that your heart chakra is out of balance.

Fear of judgment, on the other hand, can lead you to adopt behaviors of submission, mistrust and great nervousness.

The lack of self-confidence results in shy, retiring, indecisive temperaments. The person is hardly able to make decisions: this could result in a real need to systematically have the approval of others.

  • .

HOW TO OPEN THE HEART CHAKRA?

The Heart chakra does not get blocked easily because it is particularly powerful. But when it is, it is the longest to heal.

Don't give up, you can take control of your HAPPINESS now! Here are some tips and advice I can give you based on my personal experience and things that had a positive impact on my clients:

  • Meditate on opening the heart chakra.

  • Maintain positive feelings about others and yourself.

  • Show altruism.

  • Learning to love yourself again is a long process. All of these blockages didn't happen overnight, so it's normal for the inner healing process to take time. But believe me, it's the best gift you can give yourself!

  • Be kind to yourself and to others. Being too focused on one's own happiness with little concern for that of others is a sign of a rather closed Heart chakra. On the contrary, being too preoccupied with the happiness of others and neglecting one's own is no better. In every action there must be a middle ground.

  • Maintain healthy relationships.

  • Doing therapy should not be taboo. It is a proven method for centuries and the fact of consulting is a real act of courage. Many people complain about their life but do not take concrete action to improve it. It's up to you to take the first step.
