WHAT IS THE 3RD EYE CHAKRA USED FOR ?

The eye of Ajna, also called the third eye chakra, is located 1 or 2 cm higher than the junction of the eyebrows. The more open and balanced this chakra is, the more extraordinary benefits we derive from it!
On the mental level
It is thanks to a balanced 3rd eye chakra that we can fully appreciate the PRESENT MOMENT, without ruminating about the past or worrying about the future.
This very powerful RELAXATION POINT helps REDUCE STRESS and ANXIETY.
This point can be activated using Reiki energy. Once the energy is circulating there, we can already feel the calm coming over us. By rebalancing the 3rd eye chakra, it becomes much easier to cope with stressful everyday situations.
