PROGRESS OF THE SESSION

The course of the remote Reiki session is the same as an in-person Reiki session with a few details: ​

​

After hanging up, the person receiving Reiki sits comfortably, in an environment that invites calm. The bedroom is a good place for this.

​

- Remove belts, jewelry or anything that could interfere with your comfort.

 

- Lie down in a place where you will not be disturbed.

​

- If there are people present at your home, inform them not to disturb you for 60 minutes, the duration of the session.

​

- Close the door.

 

- Dim the lights.

​

- Set an alarm (60 minutes).

​

- Close your eyes and relax.

 

Put yourself in a receptive state, as if you were going to meditate. If you can't do it, it doesn't matter; Reiki will work even if you fall asleep.

AT THE END OF THE SESSION

I will contact you again after finishing the session to provide a report on the Reiki session.
